Ep 112: Strategies to deal with and overcome low back pain, with William Richards of Fitness 4 Back Pain
This week's Fit Dad Fitness Podcast guest is William Richards, who runs the website Fitness4BackPain.com.
According to the American Chiropractic Association, "worldwide, back pain is the single leading cause of disability, preventing many people from engaging in work as well as other everyday activities."
William knows this all too well. After discovering an old injury was the cause of his chronic back pain that was causing him to struggle with daily tasks — including helping to take of his children — William set out to not only relieve his pain and move with more confidence and control. A teacher at heart, William eventually wanted to teach others how to do the same for themselves.
William and I discuss the steps he took to gain relief from his back pain issues, and how his efforts with Fitness 4 Back Pain helps others find their own way as well.
