Ep 104: The best shape of your life at any age, with Rusty Joiner

If you're a fan of the movie Dodgeball with Ben Stiller and Vince Vaughn and you paid close attention when Stiller's character White Goodman introduced his team, the Purple Cobras, at the bar, you might recognize today's podcast guest.

Rusty Joiner's first big break in his acting career came when he played Blade in the cult classic, but he's far more than the spiky haired jock he played in the movie.

Yes, he's an accomplished actor and model, but beyond that, Rusty has been in the fitness space for many years and recently released his first book, Cover Model Abs. Most importantly, he's a husband and father of three.

In today's interview, Rusty and I trace his health and fitness journey up to this point and discuss why he chose to write Cover Model Abs, along with his project, Mastering Men's Health (http://www.masteringmenshealth.com/). We get into Rusty's belief that as you age, you can add more to your health and fitness rather than take away, and what he means when he says you can be in the best shape of your life at any age.
