My guest this week is Jason Priest, the founder of Dad Bod Health and a guy who wants to help 1,000,000 men transform their lives through health and fitness.

While serving stints as an ICU nurse and elderly care facility nurse, Jason's own health was in decline thanks to a lot of the same habits that befall a lot of men — fast food, alcohol, and a lack of consistent exercise.

Jason then became a father, which gave him the motivation and the confidence to not only get himself healthy and fit, but to help other dads do the same.
