My guest this week is fitness and nutrition expert Cody McBroom, who brings some incredible knowledge and insight to the Fit Dad Fitness Podcast as he details his fitness journey and his life as a new dad.

Cody, who was nicknamed "Boom Boom" by a high school coach, operates a highly successful coaching business, Boom Boom Performance, and produces some very insightful and thought-provoking content around topics like reverse dieting, intermittent fasting, and functional fitness.

Cody and I cover a wide range of topics during our conversation, starting with his own fitness journey and what has changed since he became a father for the first time a couple months ago. We go deep into nutrition, where Cody lays out in pretty clear language the differences in some of the nutrition protocols out there.
