Ep 54: Aligning your team in family, fitness, and business, with Otis "Hoop" Hooper
My guest this week is Otis "Hoop" Hooper, whose list of accomplishments and achievements is exhausting just to read.
He's a U.S. Air Force veteran and has flown high-ranking members of Congress and White House staff around to important events and meetings. He's an IFBB Pro and competed in the Mr. Olympia competition. He's competed on American Ninja Warrior and in an Ironman, and recently, he appeared in a movie alongside The Rock (yes, that Rock).
There's even more, and we cover it all in our conversation, but specifically to the intentions of this show, it's also important to note that Hoop is a husband and a father, and his fitness is second to none. But it wasn't always that way, and wouldn't you know it, it was a conversation with his kids that set a new course in his fitness journey.
Hoop brings an amazing message of the importance of aligning your team around your goals and mission, in family, fitness, and business. There are so many awesome takeaways from this interview, and I hope you enjoy it!
Finally, please share this episode with a friend who might enjoy it, and please leave a rating and review of the Fit Dad Fitness Podcast and let me know what you think of the show.
